The strategy your marketing has been missing.
Most marketing doesn't fail because of bad execution. It fails because the foundation was never solid to begin with: no clear picture of who you're actually trying to reach, no honest positioning, no messaging that sounds like the business it's supposed to represent.
I help growth-minded leaders pause before they commit to the next campaign, the next rebrand, the next big investment, and ask whether what's underneath it is solid. That means listening before recommending, immersing myself in your business until the picture is clear, and telling you what I actually see, not what's easiest to say.
With 25 years across tourism, entertainment, CPG, and higher education, I bring the kind of cross-industry fluency that lets me see what's really going on and what to do about it. As a WBENC-certified Women's Business Enterprise, I bring diverse perspective and inclusive thinking into every engagement. Not as a credential. As part of how I see and solve problems.

Six Years. $2 Billion. Best Big City in the U.S.
As VP of Marketing at Choose Chicago, I led the global strategy behind a record-setting six-year run — three campaigns, over $2 billion in combined economic impact, and a jump in Times Square when Chicago was named the best big city in the country. Again.
They Named a Table After Me.
When the City of Chicago called about an opening on the new Riverwalk, I saw an opportunity nobody had asked me to find. I built the financial case, pitched the CEO, and managed everything from strategy to execution — helping launch what became a permanent, multi-million dollar revenue driver for City Winery and a landmark on one of Chicago's most beloved attractions.
